Pousada do arcanjo is a gem! This beautiful colonial hotel is conveniently located near the historic section of Ouro Preto. The staff wear period costumes which is such a fun touch. They are super friendly and helpful. The cuisine in Minas Gerais is said to be the best in Brazil and the hotel’s full Brazilian breakfast (café colonial) is a shining example. There’s a lovely afternoon tea as well! My room was very comfortable. I can’t wait to visit again!

Pleased with choice of pousada

Excellent stay. Only one night but we would have enjoyed a longer stay. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, rooms and bathroom clean, and public spaces were appealing. The pousada was easy to find soon after entry into Ouro Preto. It is not in the middle of town but the walk was fine for us. If you go, be sure to walk to town at least once by going out the pousada and to the left. Don't always use the main road.

Bom hotel.

O café da manhã é muito bom. Já a merenda da tarde é sofrível. O transporte de van é uma mão na roda. As amenidades são muito fracas. O quarto é confortável e grande. Ótimas roupas de cama e banho. Não há muitos canais na televisão. Deveriam melhorar este aspecto. Mas, algo que deveriam mudar mesmo, são os banheiros. Tinham de ser modernizados. Não dá para ter cortina de plástico no box.

Pousada hotel, excelente. Vale muito a pena ficar.

O hotel é muito bom. Nao fica muito perto do Centro, mas tem transfer para o centro, de graça, em vários horários. Cama confortável, quarto bonito e limpo. Toda tarde tem, um cha da tarde de16h as 18h. Tem restaurante, se quiser jantar. Café da manhã muito bom. Foram muito gentis, em trazer um bolinho para comemorar meu aniversário, sem nem mesmo pedir ou falar. A cidade, é muito sobe e desce e o transfer foi melhor do que usar o carro, para ir ao centro. Emprestaram guarda chuvas. Voltaria ficar com eles!.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem, muito confortável, pessoal extremamente atencioso e educado. Fomos muito bem tratados. Café da manhã muito bom, assim como o café da tarde. Fica relativamente perto do centro (da ir andando tranquilamente), mas tem serviço de traslado com van do próprio hotel. No geral foi excelente, com certeza recomendo e pretendo voltar.
