It’s only the janitorial staff that were truly nice and respectful, which was in stark contrast to the staff I interacted with regarding the bed bugs I discovered in my pillow. The two staff members, particularly the lady, were unprofessional. When I requested to speak with her about a concern, she simply pointed to a contact information sheet and seemed dismissive of my presence. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, except for the bed bugs that I found on my pillow.

Great location and the room was fine for the price, but customer service is AWFUL! Never saw anyone working the desk the entire time. Checkin was a NIGHTMARE! Locked out of the hotel. Couldn't get a hild of anyone. Had to download and istall Whatsapp to even get in the door. Took a hood half hour just to get in the building and get to our room....after a looooong day of travel. Not cool!

Front desk is non-existent. Only saw the front desk lady on Saturday (considering we stayed in the hotel for 5 days). It's hard to communicate (no one answers the phone nor call back) if you need something or have a problem with your stay. Towels are old and needs to be retired (lot of holes). There's a small (8.5" x 11") sign in the front desk counter directing customer to call 2 other hotels if you need assistance. Elevator (lift) ride is scary. Other than these challenges, the hotel is okay.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei em ida minha viagem, para começar quando chegamos no hotel, que é self check in tinha um fuicionario que para antecipar em uma hora disse que precisava pagar 20 euros( não me foi entregue recibo desse pagamento, o elevador é muito antigo e sequer tem interfone para uma urgência o que me deu bastante medo já que a gente não conseguia falar com ninguém do jotel( os telefones assinalados não atendem), chegamos dia 12/05 , estava bastante frio e o ar condicionado não funcionava, descobrimos no outro dia que era a pilha. No dia 13/05 pedi a camareira que estava no andar toalhas enxutas e ela falou que por regra do hotel só pode trocar as toalhas a partir do segundo dia, detalhe: as toalhas estavam bem molhadas porque além de serem muito velhas como o ar condicionado não funcionou elas não enxugaram, só trocou depois que falei que ia mandar avaliação nesse aplicativo, a questão do ar tbm só foi resolvida por ela depois de muita conversa, era uma senhora bem chatinha de nome Alice. Enfim, não sei como os Hotéis. Com recomenda esse hotel. Descobri com os outros hóspedes que o que aqui foi relatado acontecia com eles tbm

Se for a sua unica opcao de hospedagem disponivel em Fatima, reserve. Se tiver opcao fique em qualquer outro hotel. Nao existe recepcao com funcionario. Isso deveria ficar claro nas informacoes da reserva. Nao tinha papel higienico no banheiro... Eu fiquei exatamente 1 hora e 15 minutos esperando alguem levar o papel higienico para mim no quarto, porque nao tem funcionario. Se o hotel pegar fogo, morremos todos porque nao tem ninguem que possa auxiliar o hospede. So conversa no watsapp ou telefone e ainda assim se conseguir sorte que alguem atenda. NAO FIQUE!!!! Pague mais por algo melhor... Cama as molas doem as costas...valeu a visita em Fatima. Foi o sacrificio feito ficar hospedada neste hotel. Nunca mais!!!!

A televisão deixou de funcionar à noite pelas 19h (sem sinal) pelo que queriamos dormir, mas o vizinho do quarto do lado fez barulho alto até às 1h da manhã. Tirando isso foi uma tarde e manhã sossegada a ouvir o santuário de fátima. Quarto impecável.

No lo recomiendo, nunca hay staff en el front desk, si necesitas algo tienes q mandar un whatsapp y con suerte te responden. Tuvimos que esperar para que nos abrieran las puertas del lobby al llegar y nunca nos contestaron el whatsapp de como era el check out. El desayuno que supuestamente dan, no lo dan. Si necesitas papel higienico tienes que esperar a la housekeeping cuando pasa para pedirle. La ubicacion muy buena.

O quarto estava limpo, mas os corredores não. As comodidades são boas, mas não há funcionários, é self checkin e checkout e isso complicou um pouco. Respondem rapidamente no whatsapp, porem é importante deixar isso claro no anuncio na plataforma.
