Very basic accommodation. Noisy at night. We picked this location to be close to other travel we were doing in the area. Was able to see the basilica and was shocked by the size. Good location for restaurants and close to grocery store.

The electric car charger was a life saver, and I very much enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, which was priced very reasonably! If I'm back in the area for another business trip, I'll certainly come back to this hotel.

This Hotel is walking distance to the Fatima Church making it easy to catch up with the activities. The room is very clean and the staff and owners were all helpful and amazing. Their breakfast and dinner are delicious and affordable. We had a perfect accomodation and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Overall good

Overall we had a good experience.However,there was few problems.The bed was not comfortable at all.The air conditioning makes sparkling sounds which feels as there is a fire and does not make the room cool.So, we put the a/c off and opened windows.The noise from the streets continued very late at night.So,we could not sleep well.we reported the a/c after the first night and told the receptionist every day.But no effort to check or repair.

A wonderful hotel for anyone going on a pilgrimage to Fatima. The hotel is very close to the shrine and the area has some good food options right beside. The room was comfortable and so was the beds. The bathroom could do with a touch up but still good. The staff were very helpful and patient. They spoke English and helped us with the times of events at the shrine and things to do. All while being genuinely nice.

I booked this hotel about a day before check-in. I cancelled a previous for it was quite expensive. It was a surprisingly great experience from check in to check out. Breakfast that comes.with it though no eggs was great! Served us differentbkinds of bread, fruits which was really important, coffee that tasted really good, hot choco and tea. Choices of jams and the service was excellent! Dinner was amazing too that we need notnlook further. We had 2 dinners because we onlybhad to spend 2 nights in Fatima. I have to say a special shout out to Lucas our server 1 breakfast and 2 dinners. So nice and happy serving us. I didn’t get to ask the names of the rest of the members of their staff but they're all great! Surely this place is worth going back to when given the chance to go on a Pilgrimage to Fatima, Portugal again. Hoping to go back next year!

Falta de personal en recepción, llegamos sobre las 13:45 h y nos tomaron nota del DNI, hasta las 15 h no entregan la habitación perfecto.Llegamos nuevamente a recepción sobre las 14:50 h había llegado una excursión, pregunte a la Sta.de recepción y hasta las 16:20 h no nos dieron la habitación era en la 4 planta, el motivo del retraso comenzaron hacer la limpieza desde a 1 planta de ser así porque nos asignaron la 4 planta y a la excursión que llegó después de nosotros empezó a ocuparlas primeras plantas.Descontento total Gracias
