Our stay at this property was amazing. The owner and staff that worked at this facility were phenomenal. They provided grab and go breakfasts which provided a good source of protein. The views, hot tubs, and sounds of the river was extremely relaxing. I will definitely return to this facility.

This property has a beautiful location. Great views! You will enjoy the sound of the river. There are two hot tubs. It is close to all of the fine things Ouray has to offer. Close to trails as well. John does a great job of not only running the hotel but also making sure that you have the best experience possible.

Property was right on the river. The view was incredible. The host, John, was lovely and accommodating. Breakfast to go in the morning. Patio and hot tubs by the river. Only downside was that the air freshener was overpowering and artificial and caused us to have an unpleasant reaction even after we opened all of the windows.

Love this family-run hotel!

Super quick overnight trip through town off-season. We loved the hotel, the accommodating customer service, the super clean and quaint room, the location, the big thick towels offered up for the hot springs, the friendly dog park behind the hot, the pet friendly room, and most of all… the very sweet family run business. Our friends enjoyed their stay as well. Thank you so much for a great stay! We hope to return!
