We'd stay here again. Balcony overlooking the creek was nice and a quick walk to the springs and trailhead to the perimeter trail, plus another trail loop on the river. Staff was awesome and beds were comfortable.

The rooms here are AMAZING!!! I walked in and was instantly wowed. It's so nice to have a river view right off your balcony. The rooms were very clean with huge beds. Big windows, a fireplace, hot tub on site. Close to all the nearby restaurants. Iconic trails a short distance away. Definetly will be staying here again if I come back to Ouray.

Beautiful place to stay in Ouray along the river. Sleep with the windows open to the sound of the rushing river all night. Beautiful balcony, huge comfy beds, clean, and convenient. Direct access to river path you can take into town (~15 min walk). Close to hot springs. Friendly and hospitable staff. Simple continental breakfast, nice for a quick start. Highly recommend, would stay again.

We love this place. It is our second time staying there. The staff up front, which might be the owner is such a wonderful human being. We came in for a race and would not have time to get breakfast that morning so she let us get a bunch of food from in back like bagels and cream cheese and peanut butter, fruit, etc. to make sure we could have breakfast the next morning before the race. The place is so clean, so well kept and such a beautiful location. We would definitely stay there again and are definitely coming back with our family at some point.

We loved this place. Newly remodeled rooms with balconies overlooking the river. Clean, quiet. The river trail behind the hotel gives easy access to the hot springs park (7 minute walk) and town (10 minutes). Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights to do the springs and would happily stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay in Ouray. The property has a rustic theme to it, very nice. Each room comes with two king sized beds which are so comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Uncompahgre River runs right behind the property and there is a beautiful green belt to walk, run, ride a bike along. I highly recommend staying here.

Our 1 night stay was exactly what we’d hoped for. The inn was clean and the balcony, walkway along the river and proximity to restaurants, shops and bars was excellent. The scenery was majestic. The breakfast included with our stay was a bit lacking. A continental breakfast these days is a bit more than fruit, bread, pastries and a couple cereals. For someone who likes a healthy protein, the small selection of yogurt was disappointing. We might stay again but may not as there may be other places with a better option as breakfast is important in our stays.
