“A great place to stay when I travel to Wagga for work”

“I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. “Have stayed a few times at this hotel and it's clean, comfy and convenient. Front desk staff great you with a warm hello on arrival. The room is well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of parking available. The local club is located next door and does great meals. ”

“The availability of a smoking ashtray and smoking a few rooms away was disgusting. We were in a corner corridor with 3 other rooms and the cigarette smoke from the people in the room next to the stairwell around the corner wafted into the confined corridor we were in. The smoke smell seeped into our room and hit us in the face when we exited our door. Would stay again but definitely will make sure we are not in that corner again and will request room down the furtherest end”

“Room was spacious and comfortable but I felt i had to wash all the kitchen cutlery and cups before using. Also the spare blanket did not look clean enough to use. Room smelt a bit musty when we first opened it. Was ok for 1 nights stay”

“The young lady who checked us in has no customer service ability. Firstly she yelled from the top floor that check in was 2pm - no friendliness, no sorry but check in is not until 2pm however, you can leave your luggage. Extremely rude. Then she phones to say that if we don't check in by 3pm we need to get the keys from the locker. So everyone has a window of 1 hour to check in. Surely, she should not be in this job.”
