Dear Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Team, As local residents, we recently chose your hotel for a quick 3-day, 2-night staycation. We originally booked because we were drawn to the pool, but we actually had an even better time utilizing your gym facilities! While the hotel was overall wonderful, we did encounter an issue on our first day with a burning plastic smell in our room. We requested a room change, and thanks to your team's assistance, we were moved to a new room where everything was fresh, comfortable, and relaxing for the rest of our stay. Thank you so much for the great service and hospitality. We truly appreciate it!

Nice property though starting to show its age. They would charge for air if they could work out how.

Great location and easy to walk too many areas of interest from. Grandpa traveling with his eight year-old granddaughter made good use of the breakfast buffet. She enjoyed the fruit!

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Made my stay easy and comfortable.

I loved that everything was in one place, gambling,restaurants,shopping,entertainment, etc. Close to most tourist attractions. Check in and check out was easy. Very nice staff. Taking too long to get my return deposit.
