“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. “Staff made the stay that extra special, they all were so friendly and very helpful, room was great with nice view of the sea and lights from the docks, room was very warm but nice and clean, huge comfortable bed and fresh water bottles each day were provided, along with tea and coffee. The meals were amazing especially the steak meal which was a real credit to the chef. We certainly would love to stay at the hotel again and soon.”
