One of the best in Oudtshoorn! Will always go back. Just very disappointed this time with the maintenance and house cleaning Dept. Aircon not working, toilet flush system broken, washing line cable in shower broken.. Someone slipped up big. Rest of team went out their way to accommodate. Well done Kelly and the Chef!

Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp ist es ok, aber die Zimmer sind leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, recht spartanisch eingerichtet, die Toilettenrohre riechen streng und es kommt wirklich kaum Tageslicht rein. Dadurch eher ein dunkles Kabuff als ein einladendes Zimmer.

Schöne, saubere, moderne Anlage! Super Betten, moderne Zimmer. Das Abendessen war ok…, Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Einzig das Hundegebell in der Umgebung hat etwas gestört, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

e asked for a chalet and booked it in advance but when we checked in. They simply said we dont have any chalets open so we offer you a normal room ! Secondly they don’t understand things very clearly and last do bring your own bottle(s) of water bcz they dont provide any !

We stayed in a chalet, enjoyed our stay but be aware that this is not one of the round rooms (rondavels) pictures on both Expedia and the hotels website are misleading in this respect. Staff were very friendly.
