I don’t know what eco friendly means… I think that’s a meaningless new term crafted by MBA’s in your organization, But the hotel and staff were excellent. That’s the most important.

This is a nice property well maintained and clean. The breakfast area was decent. I usually stay at this location for family christmas due to the pool for the younger grandkids however this tie the pool was closed for some reason! I also called this location a few weeks in advance and requested adjointing rooms which they noted. When we arrived our rooms were not even on the same floor!!

I’ve stayed in much cleaner and friendlier Hampton Inns. Shower stall needed to be deep cleaned and the bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress. Fox News should not be on the TV channel in the breakfast area. The morning desk clerk should not be having a personal conversation about his finances for EVERYOne to hear. And guest should be acknowledged when they walk in.

The concern we had was the pigeons outside of our room. The window was disgusting . You should not be using that room til that situation is resolved. The cooing in the morning didn’t make for a great day. Staff was very friendly. To many different stories on the pigeon resolve.

Pool was under “renovation”. One hotel employee told my family it would be back up and running in two days. A different employee told another family it would be 2 months. The trim in our room was falling off the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch. When we went to open up the sofa bed it looked like someone had gotten their hair cut on it. Overall wasn’t a very enjoyable experience. Won’t be staying there again.

This hotel had very friendly staff, with even bringing linens late at night. There was a good variety of warm and cold breakfast food! The room was very clean, along with the pull out bed. Recommend this hotel for a stay!

The location was great. The hotel needs updating. There were cracks in the bathroom tile flooring. Our air conditioner made weird sounds. The chairs in the breakfast area had cracked seat coverings. We normally love Hampton Inns. This one was a disappointment!
