The swimming pool and spa were excellent and the hotel provides towels, slippers and bathrobes upon request. You need a special key card from the reception to access the pool.

If I was only rating the hotel room, I would have given it 9 out of 10. It was spacious, well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good which is a rare find. The only thing lacking was a light above the mirror in the bathroom. Check- in was digital and easy. Breakfast was, however, a bit disappointing. For a 4 star hotel at this price I would expect a larger selection. Also, the warm dishes were cold. So all in all, I would give the hotel a solid 8

don,t spend a nigth in this hotel

the ladies in the front desk have to learn how to receive the customeers, they were rude & did give information about the hotel like: opening hours of the restaurant & the spa. we complained that the water in the shower don't run out. 3 days they did not fixe it. they do cleaning once in 2 days' the room was not clean - we put the sign of clening, they did not clean. one of soap bootle was empty- they did not replace a new one.......

An sich sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, in unserem Zimmer schien leider der Siphon der Dusche länger nicht gereinigt worden zu sein, es roch im Bad deutlich nach Abfluss. Vom Frühstück hatten wir auf Grund der Bewertungen und des Preises deutlich mehr erwartet. Dieses war alles in allem für die Größe des Hotels eher klein, und größtenteils mit Fertig-Produkten. Das Personal war durchweg super!
