The reviews matched the experience perfectly! The staff were amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Cocotte, the restaurant in the hotel, also has an amazing burger! The location is perfect for business trips to Ottawa, with everything just a short walk away.
