Great downtown location. Very relaxing "home base" for our stay in Ottawa. Only complaint (minor, since we didnt have a car, but our friends did) is the lack of parking. 100% would stay again!

We used this hotel as a stop between dropping our kids off at university and flying home and spent one excellent night in Ottawa. The access to the hotel from the airport was fantastic. The rooms were great. Nice and simple and a bonus with a place to lock your suitcase for the day. If I’m in Ottawa again I definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Sonder apartment on Albert St. It was a perfect location to explore downtown Ottawa. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.
