This is an affordable safe place you stay located in close proximity to restaurant, shops and public transportation. The continental breakfast was impressive. I was surprised that our rooms weren't cleaned during our stay. But the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were basic but clean

The location is excellent! Walking distance to the main sightseeing. The big grocery store is across the road. Pretty decent breakfast! Clean and nice. Great bonus: you can leave your luggage there before checking in or after checking out!! I enjoyed my stay, and definitely recommend the place!

For the price point and the location it was excellent. Having a light breakfast included was a nice bonus and there are two grocery stores nearby too (one beside, one across the street). Pickier customers may not like that there are almost no amenities and that the furnishings are a bit older, more utilitarian and may have a ding or chip or two, but the rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels and I found the bedding (mattress, pillow) pretty comfortable. Great value for money.

Good location, near a 24hr grocery store, and close to campus/byward market. Breakfast was continental and decent. The room was clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioner was very loud and I couldn’t set a temperature. I’m on the fence about recommending this place. Probably won’t stay here again.

I loved the location and proximity to my meetings. Staff were wonderful! Room was very clean. Two hiccups: 1. my access card stopped working but staff let me in and then fixed card reader immediately. That was good service. 2. The bathroom sick had water hammer and the pipes screamed when they were turned on. The shower and the shower pressure was amazing. Over all good stay! And I would book again.

It is what it is. It is a student dorm in an excellent location at a good price. The included breakfast was a bonus. I was trying to work one afternoon in the room and the housekeeping staff in the hallway were, for hours, making more noise than humans are generally capable, screaming down the hallways at one another and making an ungodly cacophony. It seemed almost deliberate because it is hard to imagine that level of decibels for any task short of jackhammering.

It was good value for the money. Staff and breakfast were good. The room was fine if you were not spending too much time in it. The room was comfortable and clean enough, but it needed a bit more lighting and perhaps a night table and some art on the walls. The only lights were the standard ceiling lights in the entrance (where it meets the main room) and the bathroom. Why not provide at least one lamp that guests could move and use at the desk or to read in bed?
