Having the space in the room / apartment made the stay enjoyable. The location allowed us to walk to the attractions and combined with the hop on hop off bus 3 minutes walk away gave us access to all the attractions we were interested in. On site parking was convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean and has a luxurious feel throughout. The location is perfect as it is close to everything we needed. I liked the unit layout that we had. Big bay window was very nice and the sliding partitions make the room/apt seem bigger. Room amenities were good. The downside during our stay was construction very nearby which was a bit noisy sometimes.

Whether you prefer dining out or staying in while taking in the sights around Ottawa, this is a fantastic place to stay. Staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is placed at walking distance of pretty much everything, including (but not limited to) Parlament Hill, The National Arts Museum, Byward Market, Rideau Centre, plenty of museums and parks that we unfortunately did not have time to visit. I will most definitely be staying here again and for longer next time. Great place!
