The staff from the minute we arrived until we left were amazing. Friendly and always with a smile. The room was spacious and very clean. It is lacking some items such as liquid dish detergent, sheet pan, spatula, and a flipper would have been useful. We ended up staying an extra night and would definitely be a place we would book again if we were coming back to Ottawa.
