Everything about our stay was excellent. The location was fantastic — easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see in Ottawa. The hotel is very well located in downtown Ottawa. The area is surrounded by restaurants, bars and a big mall. Rooms (including mattress and pillows are of very good quality. Staff are gentle and professional and always eager to help. The swimming pool is ok.
