Had an amazing time at Moxy. The location is perfect, super close to downtown. I did have a small issue with the AC in my room not working on my second night, however, the staff was amazing and transferred me to another room!

The property was brand new so it was impeccably clean. I enjoyed being able to sit on the first floor lounge, which had many nice sitting spaces with different kinds of furniture. The front desk was very helpful with all of my questions. Great location, too. I'd be sure to go back again.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The set up of the room was a little sparse. Although we had to pay for parking, it was easy, safe and clean. The location was great for walking to popular old town sites and places to eat/drink.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The renovation has everything all shiny and new. The concept definitely works with many amenities in the common area with a great vibe you want to hang out in. The staff are very enthusiastic and were keen to attend to all our needs. The bed was comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. Definitely worth checking out.

The hotel was everything we expected it to be. The staff were helpful and friendly, the property was modern and clean. Inside, we loved it. Outside, it is in the epicenter of downtown Ottawa’s drug addict district, with addicts lying around everywhere on all four streets bounding the hotel’s block. It is not a safe area, especially for families with children.

Really happy with our stay! Comfortable room, friendly staff, good food, nice gym, great vibe, and a fun play area for kids/adults/ family ( Greqt ideas btw! ) . The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and we loved that everything felt brand new. We had a small issue with the room lock, but it was fixed right away. We’d definitely stay here again!
