Staff were not friendly or supportive. Choose this hotel because it has a pool. 1- Pool was out of commission and no email advising so before checking in. Just a posted print at reception at checking time. 2- Came back from a Senator game and found there were no parking space and was advise by staff to park my truck in an EV charging spot for overnight. 3- Went to the room and found that the room has no heat. Heater was not working. Went downstairs to talk to reception desk. I had advise Hanna that the room has no heat ( outside temperature was -28 that night) and could she sent someone to look at the heater. She advised that there were no maintenance on staff and ask me if I wanted more blankets. Her customer service skills was lacking or no skills at all. I had to asked to change room and/ or asked to cancel the room to refund the cost of the room. No offering or apology of any sort for the inconvenience. I will not return to this hotel again.

However we had 3 rooms booked and when we realized one of our rooms had no heat and told the hotel we were only offered extra blankets- had to advocate and ask to be moved to another room with working heat otherwise they didn’t care. Keep in mind it was -30 the last 2 days as well. Customer service is lacking.

ExpĂ©rience sensationnelle! Personnel compĂ©tent et courtois. Chambre immense, propre, au goĂ»t du jour. Articles en quantitĂ© suffisante et qui, en plus, sent trĂšs bon 😉 et une mini-cuisine trĂšs commode. L’espace dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait spacieux et la nourriture variĂ©e et dĂ©licieuse. Nous n’avons pas expĂ©rimentĂ© la douche par manque de temps mais elle Ă©tait bien adaptĂ©e pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. Par contre
 le lit Ă©tant un peu mou, les oreillers de style plumes d’oie, lourdes et compactes ont fait que je me suis rĂ©veillĂ©e plusieurs fois dans la nuit et avec un mal de cou et de tĂȘte au matin. La climatisation Ă©tait trĂšs bruyante et inĂ©gale
