The location is good and it's cheaper than a lot of other hotels in the area. Steps away to Parliament Hill. Main issues for us were that the rooms weren't super clean and the parking garage. Parking is $35 per night and it's super duper tight. The better spots are saved for 'Diamond Elite' members...

I booked through 3rd party.. I didn't like it because there was confusion in my booking... I had booked Holiday Inn Express but ended up in another Holiday Inn with no swimming pool and breakfast.. it was bad because I had to eat and go for swimming outside the hotel yet iwhen I wasbooking it showed therewad swimming and breakfast included. The hotel was clean and services were good though. Next time I will be careful.
