The room was very clean, front desk staff answered all our questions and provided extra cups etc. I was really please with the curtesy court in the lobby. They had cold water and cups, little packets with forks and knives (awesome since we ordered food and forgot utensils, hot chocolate packets my kids enjoyed to warm up after their swim and valentines treats as well). Really great stay.
