The team looking after the breakfast room deserve an award. They went out of their way to welcome guests, they were friendly, helpful, kept the food counters & tables very clean, kept the food & coffee moving. It made for a really pleasant breakfast experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans by IHG**. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent service. The **restaurant** was especially impressive — the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well prepared. My **room was spacious**, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The **front desk staff were extremely helpful and cooperative**, always ready to assist with a smile. I have just one small suggestion for improvement: in the **bathroom**, it would be very convenient to have a clothes hanger or hook installed on the inside of the door. Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist who helped us with check in, Ally, made us feel welcomed and I really admire her professionalism and kindness. Loved the room we stayed in, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed their pool and breakfast.

The personnel at the front desk were just amazing. They took the time to greet while checking in. During my stay, they were more than helpful making sure my need were met. In addition, there was a lady cleaning at the gym. She was cleaning the place like she owns it. I got the impression she really like working there.
