The hotel is located to several amenities. There's a Tim Horton's a few steps away. A grocery store is right across the street. There are many restaurants close by. Many attractions such as Parliament Hill, Royal Canadian Mint, Bank of Canada Museum and Byward Market are within walking distance. We had no problems with our room being cleaned daily.

Staffs are friendly, from the reception to housekeeping. I got a a message before arrival to check in through the Hilton but it didn’t really work. So we had to do usual lineup and checkin when we arrived. The checkin process was pretty streamlined, given that it was a small queue. Room was clean and spacious. Pillows are rather flat but aren’t they all like that in hotels? The only negative was the ONLY elevator to the garage was broken on the day we checked out. No one seemed to know how to access the garage (stairwell door was locked too) my husband basically had to walk from the garage entrance to P2 to get our car. Aside from that little hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

he location of this hotel is outstanding. It offers beautiful views of the river and is only a very short walk to Parliament and many nearby attractions. You can even see the War Museum from the area. For such a prime location, the price was surprisingly reasonable.
