This hotel is beautiful and located right by Byward Market with plenty of options for dining. We had a great experience overall, and the staff were very helpful and professional.

The staff was very friendly, rooms and common areas were very clean. Love that they have a hotel dog (wish we could have seen him!). Thank you for a great stay, we greatly enjoyed Ottawa and the Chateau Laurier!
