Super clean and very friendly staff. Walking distance from Rideau Hall and Parliament buildings. A lot of restaurants nearby, and an awesome little movie theatre just up the street. Very close to Byward market. Quite a few street people, but it doesn’t feel unsafe.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My sister and I both felt the same way. I apologized to her because I was the one that booked it. We were afraid of bed bugs because of the condition of the bedding. We couldn’t wait to leave in the morning to drive to Quebec where we’re spend 5 nights in a fantastic hotel. I travel a lot within and outside Canada. Everyone says I am an easygoing person but, this hotel should be closed. I have booked many holidays with Expedia without a bad experience.

Room description and photos are not at all relevant. Inconvenient beds and poorly maintained congested room. Property common areas smells bad like a left out place. breakfast was not served and we were given some packed food instead.

Please be aware of how they do not automatically give you new towels every day or clean your room every day. If you ask for new towels they will come to your room with them within 10 minutes. They clean the rooms every third day.
