Staff is fantastic, room was very clean, the bistro staff and food offers were good. The free parking is incredibly helpful as most of the city including other hotels do not offer parking. Hotel is a bit dated, but, its not a major consideration as it is very well cleaned and pleasant to stay with very helpful and fun staff.

The room service was OK but a little bit slow , there is no kettle provided which is inconvenient but room service sent one after required . The elevators need to be improved a bit , other than that all good !

Staff were helpful, although one housekeeper did leave a soiled towel in our room. The previous tenants obviously had a pet in there, as there was a lot of short white hair across the room. Staff tried to clean it, but it’s going to take a few passes clearly. Breakfast is solid, parking good as well.
