Front desk staff were super helpful with accessing the on demand printer. Gave me a free upgrade to a room with induction cooktop and mini kitchenette which was great. Fitness center was nice as well Only issue for me was that the only ice machine for the entire hotel was on the 4th floor.

It was a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I had pre-arranged for mobility devices in the bathroom for my mum and they were installed when we arrived. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and the food was great!

$626 for 2 nights at this hotel is outrageous. At least OK, but in any case this is not a 3 star hotel. Floor corners not finished, windows not cleaned, Wifi very slow, breakfast one of the days was delayed for 25 min, which didn’t leave me the time to eat, so I had to skip.
