Absolutely beautiful hotel, location and staff. Construction due to proximity to the airport however, nothing that slows you down. If Ottawa has another Hyrox, I would recommend that you stay here.

Beautiful! Loved our stay here - the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff were excellent. One minor issue for those with cars or rental cars, the parking was an expensive issue. The barcode we were given didn’t work and had to pay sooo much for parking.

I would presume we had no pets and children with us this time. But it was very welcoming to be able go into the hotel without going out of the terminal it’s so convenient for travelers who do not have to go out, that’s awesome thank you.

Very convenient location to the airport, you just have to walk along a covered passageway for about 2 minutes minutes. Ask if you need non-scented toiletries as theirs are incredibly strongly scented and quite horrible. Also, check that the thermostat in your room works; mine didn't and it was horribly hot

The Hotel was quite lovely very modern simplistic rooms. Excellent coffee lush towels, great walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. The only reason I have the amenities at a lower rating was because the bar and restaurant were not yet open. This is a brand new hotel and still under final construction. I would have appreciated an email advising this as I would have made different arrangements for drop off time. I would have chosen to arrive later in the evening rather than check in time. We live in Ottawa and were taking an early morning flight. That said, the staff was wonderful very friendly apologetic, the room was spotless and I will stay there in the future. The enclosed walk from the hotel directly into the terminal was so convenient. I look forward to dining at the Italian restaurant next time.
