The property is pet friendly. However, we didn't have our dog with us. The shopping centre is only a 2 minute drive or 20 min walk. The people of Otorahanga are friendly and Retail staff are pleasant and helpful.

There was plenty of room for parking. When I arrived at reception I was told to fill out a form with all my details which was time consuming, I booked through expedia and Ive never had to do this before. Staff communication was minimal at best and kind of unfriendly. The room had all the amentie. The bathroom was very good with plenty of room.
