Property is fine for a shortstay, the bathroom has been updated so that was great. The rest of the rooms all need updating. The outside could do with a waterblast and a tidy up, as the wild life leave deposits outside the doors and on patio . There was a gap under the kitchen door that needs to be mended as was drafty.

Its an old style motel with well loved furniture, which i did not mind the least. The lady running the motel is super helpful & friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the amenities appropriate. Will definitely book again in the future!

Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable, bed was very good. Kitchen had everything I needed. Cold tap in the kitchen and heat pump weren’t working but I didn’t need them so didn’t ask for a fix (just let staff know upon leaving). Room smelt quite strongly of fragranced cleaners and water is heavily chlorinated so bring a filter if necessary. Would stay there again. Many thanks

Met with a lovely friendly welcome and was especially grateful as was for 2 nights over the Xmas period. Spacious room with lovely bathroom. Loved the patio which was frequented by blackbirds and sparrow and we also saw a Pukeko each day.
