“The hotel was being remodeled and being updated while we stayed there. I am sure it will be excellent when completed. The room was a little small. we had 4 suitcases and movement around the room was difficult.”

“The hotel is amazing—well maintained and offering great amenities such as hot spring baths, yukatas to wear around the hotel, a wide selection of bath accessories, and a shuttle service to the station. The only downside is that the staff dont speak English, but they genuinely try to understand you, and using a translator works perfectly fine.”

“Love everything! The food was included which was so extravagant and good and the Onsen was so relaxing that I didn't want to leave after that good night's sleep.”

“This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay.”

“Muy bien la habitación y los servicios”

“Perfect hotel and beatiful Tori view.”

“Found that the window blind would not raise up. Queried with reception and was told that was at the request of the next door property. The window blind was of a blackout type so that meant the room was always dark. Should have been warned about that during check-in and offered an alternate room.”

“Great! Would stay again!”
