Location was good for access to surrounding towns, however the lack of daily staff and no concierge, no food on site except for small breakfast was disappointing. You will have to leave the property to get food or snacks. They do have a vending machine on site but it’s pretty poorly equipped. All check in is done online and feels pretty impersonal. Rooms are outdated and washroom is very outdated. Things work so no problem there but for what we paid it was not worth the money. There are cleaning staff during the day that can help and they were very welcoming and helpful. However their hands are tied. For example we had to pay an extra 15 euros to check in 2 hours early to store our luggage’s…even though the room was ready and cleaned. Overall the place was ok but not worth the money, you must have a vehicle here as you will have to go offsite for virtually everything.

La chambre était climatisé et très agréable, propre et confortable. Juste le crépis de certains murs étaient abîmés et tombait sur le sol. Le personnel très sympathique, gros point fort sur la tranquillité, la beauté du lieu, et surtout la piscine !! Une belle proximité d’ostuni.
