The room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe across the street that’s associated with the hotel. There’s plenty of really nice shops and restaurants all around the hotel. Excellent place for walks in town or down by the lake. Absolutely loved my stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Emma. We arrived late and used the self-check in service, which was very smooth. We were not in Östersund very long, so it was wonderful to stay in a central location to get a feel for the town. Loved that they sold some local products in their lobby. Great breakfast.

The staff was generous with their time and were very accommodating. They always tried to be helpful. I was able to borrow one of the hotels bicycles and it was extremely smooth and comfortable to ride. I had a wonderful time riding around the city and suburbs.

The room was well equipped. The Breakfast was very good. I missed nothing. Our room (33) could use a renovation. The ceiling was cracked and the paint was peeling. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotell i en smule sĂŠrklasse

Et eldre hotell med veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Beliggenheten midt i byens gÄgate, noe som var litt tungvint i forhold til parkering og forflytning av bagasje i hetebÞlgen. Ved ankomst mÄ man trykke pÄ en ringeklokke, dÞren blir Äpnet og det er en ganske bratt trapp opp en etasje. Deretter heis videre opp til rommene. Koselige rom , oppholdsrom og frokokostrom. Tilgjengelig kaffe og kaker er en hyggelig gest ! Personalet berÞmmes for sin gode service !!
