The hotel is a bit worn out and could use some interior renovation. The cleanliness was good, and the food was enjoyable. However, the staff did not explain anything to guests upon arrival, which could be improved. Overall, I hope the hotel invests in some interior refurbishment to make the stay more comfortable.

Hotel was clean, rooms spotless, staff were helpful and friendly, answering any travel and hotel questions we had. The included breakfast was delicious and generous with a wide selection. Couldn’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel, felt like a 4 and a half. Would book again. Thanku for making our stay enjoyable.

Mixed feelings

Based on the images we expected higher quality so it was a disappointing experience. The room we booked was 'superior', however, it was old and not amazingly maintained - the wallpaper was slowly letting loose and cracking open; insulation was bad as we could feel a cold draft close to the windows. There was no door on the bathroom, which was just a bit strange for us. One of the receptionists was not very friendly - we felt that we were seen as stupid for even asking things. On the positive side: breakfast was varied and hotel staff at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable.

Not bad, but not good either

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend in the beginning of July and we had an okay stay. There were some good things and some not so good things: Pros: - Location (close to beach, promenade, restaurants, tram stop, parking (need to be reserved in advance)). - Big room, full body mirror, toilet separate from bathroom, comfortable bed, small fridge, seating area. - Breakfast was good. Cons: - Expensive parking and unclear instructions from hotel. - Room was very worn down (paint falling off walls, worn down bathroom and toilet, very dusty areas) - Very low water pressure in the shower. - No air condition, so the room was very warm all day and night and only a small part of the window could be opened. - Not very sound proof - we could hear everything from the hallway and the street and got woken up many times during the night from guests coming home. - Not possible to lock the door from the inside, which was uncomfortable. - No “do not disturb sign”, so cleaning staff can come in at any minute. - No door to the bathroom which was located right by the main door. - Very small and overcrowded pool.

Minpunten: Kamer is zeer gedetailleerd stukken uit de muren etcetera. Veiligheid laten zeker de wensen over kamerdeur is van binnenuit niet afsluitbaar. Koelkast op de kamer maakt veel geluid.Geen camerabewaking op de gangen, gangen zijn oud en vies! Sauna gebruik is veel te duur. Ontbijt kan beter. Parking aan de overkant wordt gebruikt door drugsgebruikers. Let op je auto dat je al je waardevolle spullen uit je voertuig haalt. Je betaald via het hotel 25 euro per dag voor het parkeren daar. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Wij verblijven geregeld in diverse hotels in Nederland, Duitsland en België waar de veiligheid, parkeren en eten ontbijt 100% beter zijn.

Zeer behulpzame dame bij het inchecken maakte onze eerste dag al goed, een propere kamer en vooral het feit dat we onze kleine hartendief (ons hondje) mee kunnen nemen in een speciale ontbijtruimte doet ons steeds weerkeren naar dit mooie hotel met alle voorzieningen.
