Mixed feelings

Based on the images we expected higher quality so it was a disappointing experience. The room we booked was 'superior', however, it was old and not amazingly maintained - the wallpaper was slowly letting loose and cracking open; insulation was bad as we could feel a cold draft close to the windows. There was no door on the bathroom, which was just a bit strange for us. One of the receptionists was not very friendly - we felt that we were seen as stupid for even asking things. On the positive side: breakfast was varied and hotel staff at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable.

Hotel was niet goed. We kregen de kamer niet voor hetgeen we betaald hebben we werden ook uitgelachen. De sigarettepeuken werden niet weggedaan wij zelf zijn geen rokers dus dat is niet aangenaam.
