Lovely Inn located 1 block from the lake in a residential community. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including an outdoor pool. Thankful for well working AC in 32c heat! 5 min walk to Legion beach, walking distance to Haynes Point and downtown. Staff at this Inn are very friendly and helpful.

Outdoor pool was not crowded, walking distance to Osoyoos Lake nice view of Anarchist mountain. Our room had three bedrooms however only two of the three bedrooms had AC in them and one of the outlets didn't work which we didn't discover until morning when our kids tablets were not charged for the next 3 hour drive. When notified staff they said they would check it out. Staff was friendly and polite.

Room was a good size and property was clean and a great little location. Kitchen was just thrown together as an afterthought and not enough plugs and microwave, fridge, TV, and cable box were all plugged into one power bar which is a fire code violation and a little concerning. Bath tub surround looked to be patched a few times and shower head height was great if you were 4'11". Pool was clean but the liner has seen better days and should of been replaced a couple of years ago so it makes it look grungy. Could use better barbecues and at least one more as we ended up waiting for others to cook before we were able to eventually get ours cooked. Overall though they were all things we could live with in our stay. A little updating and I would give it a much better rating.
