We both had the BEST sleep - excellent mattress, pillows, duvet and sheets. Loved that we were steps from the lake and enjoyed a beverage on our balcony, overlooking the lake. We will definitely stay again.

Friendly, efficient service made our stay a lovely experience. A small issue was fixed right away, causing no interruption to our stay. Loved the beach access, and walk from hotel was midpoint to most things along the main strip. Would recommend and go back again.

Mouse in our room, just noticed it on the last day while having my coffee. The hotel is old and out dated. Staff were excellent. Very nice view of the lake. Other than the smoke in the skies, Osoyoos is a beautiful town

The two staff at the desk were welcoming and extremely helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. Our room had an excellent view of the lake from the balcony and the bed and bedding was comfortable. There was an advisory regarding the tap water posted in the elevator and front desk, but there were no bottles of good water in the room. Keurig coffee maker worked well, but the coffee pods provided were lacking flavor. No coffee was offered in the lobby.

Great location, loved the indoor pool, hot tub and lake access and swim area. Had the suite room and it was clean and spacious. It was a partially renovated room with an older kitchen but well maintained. Beds were comfortable and furniture was nice in the room. Underground parking was easy. Great stay and would book again.
