Das Hotel ist im Okt. 25 neu eröffnet und der Empfang war super freundlich – das lockere „Du“ und der Umgang auf Augenhöhe haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, aber insgesamt recht minimalistisch. Das Bett hätte für meinen Geschmack etwas bequemer sein dürfen. Für das Frühstück haben wir als kleine Aufmerksamkeit einen Gutschein erhalten – sehr zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück selbst war wirklich sehr gut: alles frisch, und die Kaffeemaschine (Franke) liefert hervorragenden Kaffee. Besonders praktisch: Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Gelände sind kostenlos. Sehr positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch den Service bei einem Buchungsfehler. Ich hatte versehentlich über zwei Anbieter gebucht, eine Buchung war bereits bezahlt. Die zweite konnte ich problemlos auf den nächsten Tag verschieben, und das Hotel hat dies sofort akzeptiert. So konnte ich die Doppelbuchung am folgenden Tag kostenlos stornieren. Sehr kundenfreundlich! Fazit: Super Preis-Leistung – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und ist in einem Hinterhof ruhig gelegen. Bei meiner Übernachtung war das Hotel grad mal seit zwei Tagen geöffnet. Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein und zweckmässig. Wer auf Zahnputzgläser, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, Parkettboden oder eine Kissenauswahl verzichten kann, ist hier richtig. Hat für eine Nacht alles prima geklappt. Die Kissen sind jedoch grenzwärtig. Fühlte sich an, wie ein Luftkissen, das nicht nachgibt. Wer sowas fabriziert, sollte zuerst selber darauf zu schlafen versuchen. Frühstückbuffet war tiptop, mit allem, was man benötigt und so viel man will. Preisleistung stimmt, bis auf die Kissen. Das nächste Mal würde ich mein eigenes mitbringen.
