had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities are well maintained and comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement is the fitness center. It would benefit from better ventilation or more fresh air, as well as a wider selection of weights and equipment. The breakfast is outstanding, with a great variety of options. I also really appreciated having coffee available in the afternoon or later in the day. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is very close to Osnabrück’s old town, making it easy to walk around, explore the area, go shopping, or find a nice place for lunch or dinner.

Great

We stopped for one night. Stayed with 1 dog. Super sweet reception girl, told us about the old part of the city and suggested areas to go for dinner. Room super clean and in good shape.

Clean and spacious

Nice and clean with easy access. Spacious room in very good condition. Public parking close by with AC-charger. Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t make the mistake a go to the other Vienna House in the city.

I had a good stay at Vienna House. The hotel convinced me because the price-performance ratio is good and the common areas are great. Unfortunately, the rooms are not so well equipped: there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the mattresses are worn out, the windows are not cleaned and the TV program is very limited. Nevertheless, I liked it here because the rooms are spacious: Closet, armchair and table. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

We chose the hotel mostly because of the parking available. When we arrived they told us the maximum height was 170cm (which our car exceeded by 4cm). We think this should be clearly stated in their website. The hotel is pretty new, but one can start noticing maintenance details, which should be watched as time passes. Cleanliness is very good. Location too, The breakfast buffet is ok, but not great. For the price/qualyity relation I would not recommend it

Ok stay

I was given a nice corner room, which was spacious The room was clean, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortably soft. There is only breakfast at the hotel, and no dinner service. You are quite central though so restaurants are a short walk. The breakfast buffet is mainly pastries, meats/cheeses and coffee, and at €21 is way to expensive for what you get. Parking was also a problem during my stay, as one of the nights it was full. But there is street parking available nearby and it's free between 7pm and 9am. Overall it was a decent hotel, just won't be rushing back.

We’re staying there during the heatwave so having the AC was a must. First night the AC was not working in our room, they changed the room but it was still not working and the room was so hot. The next day we finally got the room with proper AC. The staff was responsive and helpful.
