Great location walking distance to many attractions. I can't say enough good things about the staff very helpful and friendly. The staff made the stay 10 out of 10 thank you. The breakfast was excellent. I have to many good things to say about smart hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything you might want to see and do. The facilities are spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The check-in and check-out process is efficient thanks to a well-designed system, and the staff provides outstanding service. If your room is ready before the official check-in time, they are happy to let you in early, which is a great touch. The breakfast is incredibly varied, with plenty of high-quality options, and it is definitely worth the price. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Small double room suitable for 1 person, although didn't spend much time at the hotel. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot & cold food & drinks. Although the hotel encourages you to check in & out online or at screen in the hotel, it was much nicer to talk to the staff. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink after a long day out exploring Oslo. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from Oslo Central Station & a 5 minute walk to the royal palace.

Very welcoming and helpful staff.The location is excellent and safe.Very close to attractions and with grocery stores and bakeries nearby.How I wish there’s a small microwave and a small refrigerator in the room.There’s a nice coffee maker and coffee/tea supply but please add some sugar and creamer as well as teaspoons..thank you!Bathroom is tight and sink is very tiny but with heated floors.Otherwise our hotel stay was good…

The hotel is very well positioned for all tourist sites in Oslo, close to trams to the station ,walking distance to the harbour and the Royal Palace I think more should be explained about the smallness of the mini double room size in relation to two people sharing. The size really should be for a single person . The rooms are really a very small size . I'm not sure what size the smart superior double would have to be more room for a couple moving around the room. The breakfast is a triumph. It is well organised and very varied to suit all tastes. For a small charge one can purchase a lunch box and fill with items from the breakfast to eat on excursions. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do in Oslo and how to get there.

Good location and good breakfast. The room was very tiny and tight. No room for a larger bag, no space for storing clothes etc. Tiny bathroom. Stayed three nights with minimal luggage, so it went ok. There seemed to be no real AC in the room, so it could become quite damp. Great with possibility to check in and out online. Electronic keycard that ca be added to phone for very easy access.

Positives - a truly excellent breakfast. Good location. Clean, quiet and comfortable. TV had Netflix and other apps. A good location, close to tram stops. Negatives - no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, nor were hot drinks available for free in reception.
