This hotel MADE our stay in Oslo! Gorgeous inside & out, beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds, fabulous breakfast & sunrise & sunset views across the entire city. We didn’t want to leave. Easy walk to the train which is a 30 minute journey to the centre of oslo.

Location was fantastic, perched above the city, the architecture and ambiance, the staff was consistantly helpful and friendly, the cuisine for breakfast and dinner was 5 star, very enjoyable experience! Proximity to T-bahn made for an easy trip to town central!

Was a nice stay without being great. Housekeeping standards are terrible and staff were between very very good and very poor. Having said that, breakfast, the gym and the proper condition were very very good and transport links into Oslo are excellent

The location is absolutely fantastic with a view of all of Oslo. The staff is friendly, service oriented and reacts immediately to any request. Breakfast was just fantastic.

In general, the room was really nice. Comfortable bed. The floor was a bit dusty here and there. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken, and the yellow light in there was a bit unpleasant. It was annoying when putting on makeup.

Fantastic scenic view overlooking Oslo. Lovely hotel in a quiet area with easy walkable hikes or short train ride to ski destination. Great transport link directly to Oslo in 30mins by train a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Oslo airport 1hr by train.

The property will welcome you with an amazing panoramic view of Oslo area and behind it is the Skimuseet, if you are interested to see it you can just walk. If you don’t drive, taxi is your best option, you can take their tram but it’s a bit of a walk downhill.

The best views over oslo

I highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Oslo who want a view of the city that’s unbeatable. Great service, lots of facilities, a fantastic gym, have yet to sample the spa as it’s an additional amount to enter which was slightly disappointing. Overall though it’s great, I’ve stayed on more than one trip and will recommend to others

Lovely view and really nice hotel and nice breakfast but big hike up from the metro biggest disappointment was having to pay £55 for family to use the very average pool facilities which wasn’t clear when booking and it was main reason for booking as it looked good in photos should be free for paying guests with the price of the stay out of the whole trip between Copenhagen, Oslo and Malmo this was the biggest waste of money .

Nice hotel in green surroundings

I slept so well in this calm and friendly hotel. It is located on a hill at the outskirts of Oslo, about 25 min by subway/tram from the central station. The area is so green and calm and has a very nice view of the city. The staff is friendly and the breakfast very good. I did not try the pool-area since there was an extra charge to access it, but the gym was huge and well-equipped. The rooms were less clean than usual in Norway. The bed had several small, black hairs and some stains, but I got a new room when because of this inconvenience. In the second room the bed was clean, but the bathroom had a few stains and mirror was not properly cleaned. These were very minor issues, and in total the experience was great and I would stay here again.
