This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will definitely be our choice again.

Average 3* hotel. Well situated not far from the station. Very impersonal welcome at reception. No information given about the hotel. Minimal service. Room was clean. Bed is not ready made as you have a folded comforter on top of your bedsheet that you need to unfold and set on the bed. First day, the heater was a bit on the high side. I mentionnés it to the reception. Next few days heater was out. Cannot control from the room. Bathroom is comfortable but one of the shower door did not have the rubber underneath so the water was leaking on the tiles every time I took a shower. Needed to use the towels to sponge out the water. The towel could be a bit bigger. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Good selection. Would be good to get a small plier to get the bread out of the toaster instead of burning your fingers. Waiters are just clearers and are not even greeting you when you come for breakfast. Coffee machine was not functioning and I had to get a waiter who said to me that it was full. He emptied the drawer but when I came back it was not working. Had to call another waiter. Service is very limited. Ok stay but will not stay there again.

Hotellet i seg selv er veldig bra, men de bør ta en prat med renholdspersonalet. Ved innsjekk var rommet ikke ryddet, og etter en prat med resepsjonen ble vi enig om at vi kunne vente til neste dag for å få skiftet sengeklær og få rent rom. Vi våkner neste dag og drar ut på våre ærend, kommer tilbake i 18-tiden og sengen er fortsatt ikke skiftet på. Det er fjernet litt boss her og der, men av en eller annen grunn er sengen fortsatt skitten. Vi løste dette med å bli oppgradert til et større rom, som er veldig hyggelig, men det var en veldig unødvendig situasjon til å begynne med. Alt i alt fint hotell, fine rom, svært hyggelige resepsjonister - men elendig renholdspersonal.
