An excellent hotel, very modern and comfortable. Beds were lovely, rooms quiet, breakfast plentiful and the sky bar had gorgeous views! Parking quite expensive, but however, there is parking and you can park either outside or in the garage. Would definitely come again.

Breakfast was great, but the bed setup was disappointing. I reserved a king-size bed for two guests well in advance, yet I was given two single beds. The staff did not offer a room change and simply pushed the beds together. When I contacted the front desk, I was told the hotel was fully booked, and they couldn’t provide a king room. Overall, the sleep did not comfort, and the reservation handling did not meet expectations.

Visited from US for couple of nights. The hotel staff was extremely nice and they went above and beyond to help out. Special kudos to Gee who arranged an airport taxi on a very short notice and packed breakfast as we checked out at 6 am in the morning.Another staff helped making a ice pack fir my baby who had a swelling. Breakfast was tasty and great options. Overall the property is great and i would strongly recommend a stay

For whatever reason, this was the first property that Expedia recommended for Grünerløkka and the results did not provide a distance, making it appear that the property was in Grünerløkka. I ended up wasting valuable time getting to where I needed to go. This hotel is not in that neighborhood. It is also very corporate with fluorescent lighting, and requires an extra charge for breakfast, whereas the other hotels I stayed at did not add breakfast on as an extra charge. It’s an adequate hotel, but I do not understand the excessively high rating and it’s not within the main neighborhoods of the city.

It is great modern hotel - very friendly and helpful staff and good value for money by Oslo standards. That is probably because it is away from the centre in a fairly uninspiring location. We didn’t have a car so travelled in and out via Okern T-bane station - it’s about a 10-15 minute walk away - not too far, but not super convenient. I wouldn’t like doing the walk after dark and once you are at the hotel, you’re stuck there. The top floor bar and restaurant is pretty run of the mill with a limited menu and, of course, the usual Oslo prices. I don’t mind paying high prices, but it has to be for exceptional food. My only other comment is that everything is very high tech (loved the lifts), but sometimes the controls in the room were a bit too clever by half.

We had a late check-in due to travel transportations. So we came in past 11PM. Tired and was ready to sleep. Although room looked like it has been visited by the cleaning lady. Bed was put up nicely and looked like it was also changed. However I did discover something unusual. There was a white cup of coffee in the desk table. There was towels hanging on the shower glassdoor and what was most outstanding to me was when I saw a plastic bottle of opend water, almost empty. Two opened boxes of a womens intimate things. Me and my partner was too tired to even go down to the recieption and request for another room, so I let it go as my partner was no longer in the mood for more hassle. But as a woman I did not like it, if it weren't for my partner I would have done what is right for what I had paid for. It was like a crime scene to solve, all was well put up except for the two towels hanging on the glass door in the bathroom. Bottl water in the bathroom and boxes if womens intitmate things. Cup of coffee in the desk in the TV area. But rest is put up well. Seems to me the cleaning lady just used it opportunity to do her private things while working, thats very unproffesional. Never again staying here.
