Staff were excellent. They were up to the mark specially front desk Hilda and Arnold- I am Anglo sizing their Norwegian names here - were extremely helpful for our needs at the hotel . All in all great hotel to stay . I would strongly recommend to anyone to stay here

So much for not much

I realize by Oslo standards, this is a budget property, last 2012 at the tall one. Thought facilities ok, McDonald's adjacent. Staff seemed oddly distracted, odd since no one there except tour groups. Breakfast can only recommend eggs and beans 250k.

Staff were very unhelpful at the reception, we have booked a room with a double bed and were given a room with two single beds. The air con in the room was very noisy so they offered to change the room for us to another one with two single beds, however they did offer us an upgrade to a premium room at a discount which we took. No toothbrushes in the room either.
