Very welcoming staff when we arrived - went above and beyond. Only thing to note is that you have to find the sign for the door if want housekeeping - isn’t clear that they won’t come daily otherwise. Aside from This minor detail, was a great stay and great staff.

Pretty much downhill after that Have to mention that there was a nation wide strike that definitely had an impact on the service we received. Check in was not well coordinated despite the fact that the people were "marginally" pleasant(Antonio)....but emphasis on the marginally....Could be because the strike caused the staff to be probably overwhelmed and overworked.... Had a good dinner at the hotel restaurant and the gentleman that was behaving as waiter, bartender, seating host and maitre...was very good!! The most disappointing part of our stay was the condition of the room....It was not good at alland certainly not what was depicted on line... The carpet was filthy!!! the room was dated and needed a significant make over... Expected more for the money we paid.... The best thing about this place was the location and ...when fully staffed I think the restaurant is very good....DJP

What a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and staff. The room was lovely and very clean. We especially love the robes and slippers and the evening turn down service with extra towels. Easy access to the sights and restaurants as well.
