Loved the location for both the train & excursions, the spacious room, the absolutely amazing breakfast, the fica & dinner buffet (I loved not having to worry about finding a place to eat my entire stay!), great black out curtains, friendly staff, great products in the shower. My only suggestion would be to add a safe to the rooms.

If your a solo traveler or couple and you want oustanding staff, basic room. Amazing breakfast, near the bus, tram and flytoget or T subway, this is your hotel. The breakfast is beautifully executed in a wonderful setting. The staff at this hotel are very attentive. Afternoon cake and coffee is great way to pause between museums Dinner saves you money because it is an expensive city. Relax with a drink on the rooftop terrace . loved it!!

Great location. Very attentive staff, especially Dag who manned the reception desk. Very helpful and responsive to requests. Exceptional breakfast included. There was afternoon pastries and drinks, and free dinners included as well, which is unusual. The room was clean. It could have more drawer space. The bathroom can be bigger and the shower need a little effort to adjust the temperature. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.

This is a decent, well-located little hotel; definitely worth considering. The breakfast is excellent, and a basic dinner and fika were included in the price - I'd not expected this, and it was welcome. On the downside, the room was TINY and not enormously well-lit - which is fine if all you want it for is to use it to sleep, but can get a little claustrophobic. How small? There wasn't room for a wardrobe or desk. The bed was comfortable, but that was just about the only thing that fit in the room. You'll struggle to find somewhere for a large suitcase without tripping up over it. I'd use it again, but it's not even vaguely a home from home; don't come with expectations about luxury, and you'll be fine.

We were in town for a conference at the conference center just across the square, so the location was perfect for that. It was also very convenient for access to many trolly and bus lines and very walkable to the waterfront and shopping. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and it was really great to have dinner included each night, included in the cost of the room. We ate dinner a few of the nights during our stay, it was a buffet with different items each night posted on a menu. The top floor of the dinner room has a great view of the city. Having coffee and tea always in the lobby was great. Our room was pretty small and the bed was a bit of a tight fit, but the bed was comfortable and it served our needs. It's a historic building and has a bit of a dated feel to the spaces. Because it is right in the busy part of town, it was very loud with the window open because of nearby clubs. But all in all it was a great stay thanks to the friendly staff and breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. One note- It's a bit tricky to find at first, the entrance is inside a mall of sorts, across from the theater.

Breakfast makes this place worth it. Rooms are small, smaller than I've had at comparable prices in Oslo. Room was dated, plumbing was slow. Bed was comfortable. Lobby was comfortable and welcoming. The dinner was a nice backup plan for nights when I had no other ideas, and the food was always good. Staff was courteous.

Overall a good hotel, but very noisy. Dinner could have been better with most options gone by the time I got up to the lounge, but breakfast was great. There was an issue after check-in with the batteries in my door lock being dead and my key card not working and the front desk agent had to manually unlock it for me. At first, the front desk agent asked if I was just going to stay in my room the whole time so that it wouldn’t have to be fixed, but then she eventually was able to move me to a different room.

Room location was awful, right on the street. So loud till 4 AM. Also the thermostat had a bright blue light that shine right towards the bed, very poor placement making it difficult to sleep. Also, our phone blinked bright orange light all night long. None of us got any sleep the whole night. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this hotel. I will say, however, the hotel was very nice and the staff was lovely. The breakfast was great.
