The breakfast was great, fresh food. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The only thing that we didn’t like was how small the room was and bathroom was very tiny and the shower made a huge puddle. The bathroom also had a weird smell. A mixed stay to be honest. The bed and room is nice, but then the window framing didn’t fit and was roughly constructed. The bathroom was fine but then just a single unlabelled mystery pump dispenser in shower. The staff were helpful and nice (shout out to those supporting breakfast), and the location was handy for trams (using Oslo pass). But you could hear the trams rubbling past the hotel even on higher floors. There’s good eating options a stroll up the road, but again you could hear bar music at night. A mixed stay but noting that the breakfast was great, lots of choices, and although busy was always fresh.

We have stayed at this hotel preciously, easy for tram links. Hotel staff so polite and made you feel welcome. Breakfast excellent choices. Room very clean, no water due to overnight maintenance, so we had to leave at 5 am unshowered.
