She decided not to talk to us but instead asked the front desk guy to call someone to come and talk to us. No ownership of the guest experience. Breakfast also looked terrible.”

“Very out dated. Mattress was horrible. I believe it was too old. In fairness, I was told some rooms have been updated.”

“We found our stay to be very good. Check in was quick and efficient. The King bed room was large and very clean. Especially liked the walk in shower. Keurig coffee was a nice touch. The included free morning breakfast was very good, definitely what one would normally expect.”
