Excellent stay in every respect. The suite was spacious, spotless and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy options and staff were amazing. Very much appreciated the quick check in and early accommodation the following day when changing rooms to join our hockey team for local tournament. Would absolutely book again when back in the area!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying for one night with our kids. The room was super clean and had all of the amenities any family could need. The pool was so big, with lots of space for people to sit and watch their kids swim. The breakfast buffet had everything you’d need to feed your family and get your morning cup of coffee in. The staff was so helpful and kind, handing out loaner board games to my kids when they asked.

Room was very clean but we were surprised that we booked a suite yet there wasn’t a door on the bedroom for privacy. That’s not a suite - it’s a studio and should have been charged that way. Secondly, neither TV would stream even though we tried multiple times. The remotes only worked intermittently. Don’t have breakfast there if you have high blood pressure - the bacon was so salty it was almost inedible. Lastly, the noise was insane. There were kids running up and down the hallway until 11:30PM when my husband told them to pipe down, there was thumping all night above us, and the trains going by are quite loud. To their credit, the staff responded immediately when we went downstairs to complain about the kids. The staff was excellent and the hotel itself is very nice, but the experience of our stay was so frustrating that we contemplated leaving in the middle of the night.
