Overall the hotel is nice,friendly front staff and clean. The complimentary breakfast is great! We have stayed here multiple times and were sadly disappointed in the pool. It was freezing to the point of being unable to use it. The hottub was even cold with pieces of the hottub coming to the surface. Some maintenance and upgrades are required at this point for the pool.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was clean and the staff was lovely! The pool was a great temperature for those of us who like it on the warmer side. My ONLY complaint - the pull out sofa was uncomfortable. We sat on the couch before it was pulled out and we sunk into the centre of it. When we pulled it out into a bed, it felt like a thin foam mattress rolled out over springs that jutted into your back and sides all night! The bed on the other hand was VERY comfy and the kitchenette was super handy! I'd stay here again but I'd have to insist on a double bed - no sofa bed.
