“可以看得出是有年紀的旅店，但整體不論是房間還是澡堂都維護得很好、也非常乾淨，能看得 出旅店的用心。櫃台人員很親切，為旅客詳細講解旅店設施，及介紹晚上的煙火秀。房間的窗景非常厲害！能清晰地看見羊蹄山和整個湖景，且晚上在房間裡一邊小酌一邊欣賞煙火也是一大享受。唯一稍嫌不足的部分是房間的門鎖，目前還是使用喇叭鎖，以女性獨旅者來說，會有點擔心鎖是否足夠堅固安全。”

“An amazing view on lake Toya from the hotel room and the bath tub, just like presented in the pictures from the hotel.
The staff was very attentive and welcomed us from the arrival in parking lot. Carried our luggage and made a personal check in seated in the lobby with a good cup of coffee.
Free bar in the evening and good gaming zone with retro games.
An exclusive stay with very high customer focus and a staff that do anything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We really enjoyed...
