部屋が寒かった お風呂に入りに行くのにバックか何か欲しかった 夕食時、早めに行って席を確保して<食事中>のカードにして料理を取りに行って席に戻ってみると他の客に席を取られていて、食事中のカードの上に自分達の荷物を置いて料理を取りに行っていたので、仕方なく別の席を探してかなり遠くの端の席になった

部屋の壁紙が破れてるままだし　絨毯の部屋があったが　絨毯も椅子もシミだらけで気持ち悪かった。絨毯はふき掃除もされて居ない感じ。連泊したが　毎日朝晩　同じ料理で飽きた。着いた時　布団が２つに折って置いてあって　まるで修学旅行の部屋の様だった。

満ち足りた一晩

　鳴子駅から歩いて5分ほどです。部屋は広く、快適でした。旅館全体もきれいでした。 　温泉も、ゆったりしていて、とても気持ち良かったです。午前0時になると浴場が閉まるので、夜中は入浴できません。 　お食事はとっても豪勢で、すべてのお料理を少しずつ食べようと思ったのに、お腹に入りませんでした。とてもおいしかったです。お酒は有料でした。なお、朝ごはんは寝坊したために食べそびれてしまいました。残念！ 　唯一の問題は、部屋ではWiFiが使えず、ロビーに行かなければならないこと。ちょっとお金がかかることですが、改善していただければ便利になるだろうと思います。 　近くに共同浴場があり、入浴券がもらえます。湧き出してくる傍にある浴場なので、全く天然のものです。健康になったような気がします。帰りは駅まで送っていただきました。スタッフも親切ですし、値段も安いし（一人で食事付きで9000円）、設備もよいし、温泉は極上なので、また利用します。
